Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find information about how we process and ship orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout but typically range from 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or contacting the shipping carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

We currently ship domestically in the U.S. and Internationally
Some locations may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing or regional carrier delays.
